Our staff retention is second to none, allowing our customer service team to form long term relationships with our customers and develop a strong understanding of your technical needs. We offer free advice and technical support to enable you to fully utilise your equipment.
We strive to provide you with the highest quality products, however there are occasions when your product may become faulty. Our in house systems and procedures mean that we can tackle issues quickly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
The majority of our products are covered by normal manufacturer’s warranty, or our own installation warranty. As an official Service Repair Centre for multimedia projectors, we undertake to repair all makes and models.
