'I am writing this to give you a short account of the installation of 32 Smartboards at Otley College. As Project Leader, I worked with your engineers on a day-to-day basis. I found all of your engineers to be a credit to your company. They were extremely dedicated to the job in hand, and it seemed that there was no request that they would not deal with. As well as being very approachable and good-humoured, they all worked very hard to ensure that the installations went according to plan. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, not only with the installations, but with their “Tidy as you go” philosophy. Personally, I could not have asked for an easier implementation of my project!
