Roche Audio Visual prides itself on the quality of multimedia installations. Roche engineers can install a varied selection of audio visual equipment into various areas from classrooms to lecture theatres. Roche supply and install products such as multimedia projectors, interactive boards, lecterns, audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage and lecture capture along with AMX and Crestron control systems which are also programmed in house.

Unlike the industry standard Roche have employed there own in house installations department for over 12 years giving us unparalleled experience within this sector. These same engineers are still working with us today helping train new staff from assistants to team leaders passing on the experience they have gained. This allows us to ensure all our staff are trained to the same high standard as expected within the company and by its customers.

All our engineers have been on training courses for working at heights, tower, scaffold and ladder safety and also asbestos awareness. Recently they have also completed the "Contractors Safety Passport" and in addition our managers and supervisors the "Safety Passport for Supervisors". All our engineers hold CSCS cards. Our Technical Director and Health & Safety Co-ordinator also hold IOSH qualifications.We have recently promoted 3 Senior Team Leaders who have worked at Roche for a number of years. These engineers have been promoted to Installation Project Managers. Along with managing large bespoke contracts they will also be helping train all our other engineers to the same high standard they adhere to achieve on every project. This training includes every aspect of installations from basic soldering to programming.

To ensure the same high standards are achieved with every installation and our engineers continue to improve we also carry out a number random on site spot checks every week. These checks are carried out by our Installation Project Managers without any notice to the engineers which ensures every installation is consistent and carried out to the highest standard.
